I have built up points through my purchases. I haven’t used any of them. If I understand the process correctly, if I was to redeem points for a product then I get a percentage discount off of my current purchase. I haven’t used any of my points because you run online sales that are cheaper than using my “built up “ points balance. If I’m not understanding your redemption process I would appreciate clarification. Most businesses that I do business with give your points accumulated OFF for new purchases. Like the points were MONEY. If I were to have enough points built up then they would be applied as CASH OFF.
