I spent a lot of time researching different brands of cbd and the differences between broad spectrum and full spectrum etc. as well as reading a lot of reviews. I bought this to try to help me sleep and reduce pain in my joints. This did the opposite for sleep! I couldn't get to sleep for hours. I can say I have tried using it for anxiety that recently started as a result of a car accident and I think it does offer some help in taking the edge off. I was hopeful for sleep and basic ache and pain relief, but saw no difference over 2 weeks of regular use. I won't purchase again.
