I wish I had done my research before I ordered a $450 item from Zavvi. They are scammers and frauds. When I told them 4 times to cancel my item, they 1) had already charged my credit card, and 2) told me the item was in the 'warehouse' and couldn't be cancelled. (this is AFTER they told me I could cancel the item).
Now they tell me if it doesn't arrive in 30 days to contact them again. DON'T mess with this company.
