Despite them claiming they don't take payment till dispatched money was taken immediately . After constant nagging them by email and Twitter it eventually turned up Jan 8th. At no stage did they say it was delayed , impossible to phone them , you get a different person answer every message . We had to order a replacement from Lego store in end o r no Christmas gifts for my son. some families wouldn't be able to do that financially so Christmas magic would have gone. There is a savvy complaints page and my goodness so many people waiting for orders weeks after promised , no chance of a refund and banging their heads against. A brick wall . Have reported them to watchdog and trading standards , just avoid.
