Customer service.....what customer service???
I placed an order on Monday and they came back to me with a query on Wednesday which I responded to straight away but still haven't heard back. I then sent another email on Thursday asking for an update and stating that I would need to cancel the order if they couldn't get my purchase to me for Friday and finally got a response to this email on Friday saying sorry you want to cancel your order....I didn't want to cancel, I wanted them to send it to me!!!!
You have to raise all queries online as they do not have a telephone number. You then get an automated response to your emails stating that they aim to respond within 24 hours but allow up to 48. It was 48 hours before they raised the original query with me and it's over 48 hours since I sent my second email. They obviously don't want a £280 sale.
What sort of company doesn't have a telephone number to contact them on????? A dodgy one...avoid!!!!!!!
