Customer service non-existent. I ordered the January Zbox with a 1 month subscription, wrongly thinking I would only receive the January Zbox. I was then sent the February one as they had put my order on auto renewal. I told them I didn't want it and they just stated return the item and we'll refund you when it arrives. No instruction as to how to return it was given so I returned it by writing 'Return to Sender, item was not ordered' on the label next to the return address.
After two weeks I have still not received the refund and they say that the item hasn't returned back and I haven't supplied them with a tracking number no refund will be given until they receive it.
Considering I never ordered the thing and I was given no returns instructions I think their customer service is disgusting. There is no phone number to ring and they basically having you running round in circles using their clunky online message system.
I have now contacted the Ombudsman to see if I can get my refund as its not my fault a) they sent the item or b) the post office has lost it.
