An unreliable merchant, totally disappointed service experience My purchased order was placed and I paid total £261 on 26 January 2023 but it was cancelled by Zavvi without given any reason and explanation on 28 January 2023 but Zavvi didn’t refund any quid to me up to 3 February 2023. I have kept messaging to customer service colleagues each day but they don’t care their customer they just said what their refund procedure was. 3-5 working days for customer support team to confirm the cancellation and taking further 5-7 working days for refund to be seen on account. It means to take total 8-12 working days for refund successfully. Their colleague NYLAH has confirmed me that. They are hesitant to help customers and they just don’t care of it. Received and keeping improper money is not their problem they just play their customers to explain their internal procedures. Every time when I contact them, they just repeated another new count 3-5 and 5-7 working days. When I really get angry to ask for their CEO contact, They would not care of it even I give a warning to publicly writing reviews on Trustpilot Twitter Facebook but he doesn’t care it. I have never seen such shamefulness dealing o believe it is a mist shameful dealing. My cancel order by ZAVVI number is 463710330. Hope when your company CEO see it and process the refund to me immediately. By the way please re-training your staff how to solve problem with customers and give respect and keep his promise to customers. He broke his promise with me also.
