I've completed three online enquiries and have attached a missing order form (DSD) twice while attempting to find the last part of my order (Mumbo Cube Plush Toy) for my son. He was terribly disappointed to have not received it for Christmas, but now the New Year is upon us and it still hasn't arrived.
The lame and "auto" messages from the Zavvi support (and I use the term loosely) team have simply promised someone would look into it and let me know when they know something...that's it...they'll let me know when they know. To add insult to injury, when I'd sent the last enquiry asking about delivery of two items, their immediate response was "are you still waiting for the delivery?" in reply to my enquiry.
As stated, incredibly poor support...
