Item not dispatched for several days. Whilst item was still with the company I asked to cancel as it was a gift that now would not be received on time. The cancellation policy states buyers can cancel within 14 days without reason. Even though the item had not left the company I was advised I must wait for dispatch which would be 'soon' and delivery which could take a further 7 days and then return the item. I'd have to them wait for a refund.
Completely unacceptable. Will steer clear in future and recommend others do too.
