Ordered a Nintendo Switch bundle during black Friday. After lots of chasing, I've had to give up. They never intended to ship my item. I think they just wanted to sell me some other bits that I bought at the same time, all the time knowing they wouldn't be shipping the Switch. What was really interesting is that the continued to advertise the Switch as available, all the time telling me that it was unavailable.
If you type Zavvi reviews in to Google you'll see that many customers are having a similar experience to mine. I've asked the European Consumer Centre to look in to their practices. I think they're behaviours are very suspect and the throng of customers identifying similar problems tells me there's no smoke without fire. Avoid this company or risk being very frustrated through your shopping experience.
