Love it but....what you should also know. I ordered my art piece early September 2020. I received December 1. Yes that is a long time, however, Zellart shipped September 19. I used regular shipping. I realized shipment could be late due to covid but was still skeptical since it kept taking so long. Afterall, I received other items from out of the country much sooner. Since I was leary, I reached out to search online reviews and other experiences too see if I was scammed. I read both positive and negative reviews. I was left to myself to figure out if I should just kiss my money goodbye. But then I thought, every time I reached out to Zellart for answers, I kept getting detailed responses that weren't like that that you would expect from a scammer. Basically I had to read between the lines. I trusted I would eventually receive. Now after reaching Chicago mid November, it took the US mail two weeks to get to my door in Idaho. Why, I have no idea. Also, I have no idea how the shipment was soaked in water to the point the cardboard box nearly deteriorated. Luckily, Zell Art had all the pieces wrapped and protected and my piece was safe from damage. I have now hung my artwork and couldn't be happier. It is lovely.
