I ordered an artwork from zellart, and while it arrived well-packaged, the print was blurry and dark. The customer service was responsive, but ultimately I discovered in order to return it, I needed to ship it back to Bulgaria. This would cost $1200 / $1400 from UPS / USPS, respectively. So effectively there is no way to return the artwork, you are forced to keep it because you’ve accepted the shipment (no recourse via credit card company dispute) and no means to return it. This is a scam, do not buy from this company. I’m not sure how they are still in business.
