We were worried as we had ordered art from Zellart on Oct 9 and based on the company's claims, expected delivery sometime during my sister's visit from the UK ending Oct 29. At first we didn't know it was being shipped from the Ukraine and eventually saw some of the reviews online. We finally received our package on Nov 4th and it is as it appears on the website. From the shipping transaction it is recorded as having arrived in Toronto on Oct 31 but only spent 1 day in customs. Maybe some of those who have experienced frustration and delay on receiving their purchase it is your local customs office taking a long time to process and of course the vendor has no control over this. However we did send an email request for communication of status of our order around the end of October and although we received an auto generated email acknowledging receipt of our email however never received any further communication so Zellart really need to improve their customer service.
