I ordered 3 prints on 12/16/2019. I received it yesterday, 1/9/2020. It took 3 weeks and 3 days to arrive. The quality of the prints is exceptional and the care they took in packing them was pretty amazing. In this day and age, we expect roughly the quality we get from Amazon packaging.....Zellart knocked it out of the park. The box they came in was wet on one corner and no damaged occurred to the prints because of the meticulous packaging. It does take awhile to get them. They spend about 2 1/2 weeks trying to clear customs. Once the tracking said they were in NY, it took another two days to get to Washington state. I am very pleased and will definitely order from Zellart again. It is NOT a scam and the negative reviews needlessly caused me stress about my order. I couldn't be more pleased.
