I finally received my order after ~1 month. The company didn’t respond to any of my e-mail queries about why the order was held in Kiev. It was frustrating, and I thought I lost my money. Then it arrived today. The item was very well packed and is absolutely a stunning piece. I gave Zellart a not-so-good review that I must retract for the reasons mentioned earlier. Currently my only issue is with customer service; It doesn’t exist! No communications outside of thanking you for your order. Let patrons know upfront how long it will tak and I imagine the company will hardly receive negative reviews. I love the canvas, but am hesitant to order again. And yes, I now understand why it might take so long to receive the order.
