To put it simply Zendure are appalling. I purchased a Zendure iPhone cable, at x4 market price, due to the fact it has a lifetime guarantee on Amazon. When it stopped working just over two years later, I spent 3 months messaging to a useless person person called Caroline in Just Services, whom not only took over a week to reply to each message, but lied saying order not placed through Zendure's Amazon Store despite providing receipt!!! They will say anything to get out of fulfilling there commitment to replace cable once broken, and if you trade with this company, I really home your item doesn't need any After Sales, as a bunch of misleading liars!
