I have suffered with rosacea and sensitive skin my entire youth into adulthood. I love my zenmed products. I use the entire rosacea line, including the rose hip & licorice redness relief moisturizer and the sunscreen! I also absolutely love the dermacleanse mask & the renewing microdermabrasion complex! I recently ordered some new products to Canada and they got stuck in customs clearance, which is rare, as this has never happened before. I emailed Zenmed and one their representatives, Penny, responded super quick and within a couple days they had resent my products via FedEx instead of USPS! I hadn’t reached out I probably wouldn’t have received the products, so I am very happy with their customers service! I have been using these products for many years and highly recommend!
