I’m a long-time return customer (along with my partner) because we love your products and your customer service has proven to be top notch. A key issue I have is that more than once I’ve been asked to pay duties despite the fact that I had already paid my province’s consumer tax. It looks like attempts had been made to sort this out for Canadian customers (eg, the NAFTA Duty Free stamp on the box), but I’ve still had to pay customs duties. I’ve tried to address this with Canada Customs but they’ve consistently declined to reimburse me. Perhaps ensuring that the invoice with the total amount paid, including taxes, is clearly visible on the parcels would fix that?
Another concern of mine is the loss of the Buy 3, Get 1 free deal. Unfortunately, we cannot afford to buy as much as we used to as we used to buy facial cleansers, moisturizers, acne gels, serums, and makeup in bulk. I hope to see it returning soon.
