I ordered the complete acne kit and have been extremely satisfied with the products, the results, and the customer service from Zenmed. I have followed the instructions and with one exception (the reason for 4 stars not 5... see below), have had great results! My skin looks noticeably healthier and feels great!! The products all feel wonderful on my skin and I really do enjoy using them. My favorite product is the skin mask, I have never used a mask before, but this one is great!! And it really does provide very fast results. I also love the complex which feels terrific and fresh, the face scrub, and the moisturizer... really, I love it all!! The one exception is the acne pills. I started by taking 2 of these a day (breakfast and dinner) for four weeks, and it made my acne so much worse.... I have never had worse, consistent acne in my life. I stopped taking the pills and immediately saw a HUGE difference! After having only stopped taking the pills for days, my skin (and not just my face, but my chest and back too) cleared up right away with no new pimples forming. With my acne truly gone now, I can say that I do love these products and have really seen a major difference in both the look and feel of my face. One other thing I would like to mention is the customer service. I have had many email exchanges with the reps and they are very helpful, caring, and timely! One even gave me a great tip regarding the acne gel.... I was experiencing very oily skin toward the end of the day, and they told me to stop using the gel in the morning and to only use it at night. This made a huge difference and the extra oiliness in fact went away! I will most certainly continue to be a Zenmed customer, with the exception of the pills.
