I'd been looking for a more natural and gentle approach to getting rid of my acne for years and was happy to find Zenmed. The disappointing thing is, I've been using the acne system according to instructions twice a day for about 45 days now, and my acne has not improved. In fact, sometimes I feel like it's gotten worse. I really wanted this to work, but it hasn't for me. Maybe it's only meant for people with very mild acne.
