I love your products and your service. I only have one complaint and you know about this. It seems when I make a bigger order I always have a problem with the Canadian Border Services pulling the package and charging handling costs of $9.95 to charge PST and GST. You seem to only charge GST on my order. The problem is that I now have to get my partner to scan the import form to send to you just to get $9.95 back. The import form is so well glued to the package that it ripped apart trying to get it off. Thanks for your consideration and all your great service
