I bought the Rosacea skin complete treatment set and I am using it for one month now. I see no improvements on the redness of the skin. Too bad. I was charged GST/HST on purchase and when the package was delivered I had to pay again the HST/GST. This makes the product more expensive that I thought. Anybody Knows why?
