Overall, the only worst part of the product is the battery. This is my second order as my first one was bought on March 18, 2021, but the battery of the product was unchargeable in early February (less than a year) and I didn't realise it has a warranty till my son told me recently. I, therefore, report to your centre but refuse to replace or repair as only 2 months pass the bought date (only offer a half-price discount). I explained my situation and asked if an exemption can be considered for replacement in addition I have bought another one. The staff replied he will discuss it with the management but I did not receive the reply till today. Thus, the customer service that needs to be improved I think.
