When I purchase the item, the photo describing the "Zenyum Waterflosser Pro + Jet Tips Refill Pack" set showing one waterflosser with tip and 4 jet tips refill, however I only received two refill jet tips. And your CS didn't admit your fault on the misleading and false description of item on the photo but you eventually changed the photo on your website to one waterflosser with tip and 2 jet tips refill, which showing the exact content that your customer will receive. Poor CS, Poor PR, Poor item description, I wont recommend zenyum to any of my friends and family no matter how good your products are.
