I ordered a dozen no-wire bound notebooks from Zerbee a couple of weeks ago. The box arrived with only 11 notebooks. I did have to contact them about it - they didn't include a note saying, "Sorry, we'll have to send you the 12th notebook separately". BUT, when I did let them know about the missing notebook, they sent me the last one, fairly quickly. So, only 4 stars for not acknowledging the missing notebook from the start (and possibly trying to get away with it), but the box with the 11 notebooks did arrive quickly, and they did send the 12th one when I emailed them about it. And their prices are better than other office supplies sellers! I will definitely consider ordering from Zerbee again, next time I need any type of office supplies.
