Everything arrived as ordered within two days. \n\nIt did take more than an hour to do the order on line (5 items). the pages load extremely slowly, and the search function is really tough to use efficiently. For example, I never did find the HP 60XL cartridges; I'm not certain if you don't carry them or I gave up too soon, but I did purchase elsewhere. I would have preferred to order everything from one place . . . in about ten minutes. That being said . . . your prices and free shipping made up for it.
