WE HAD ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEM WITH THE WAY WE BOUGHT YOUR PRODUCT ON-LINE, SIMPLE AND EASY. OUR PROBLEM WAS WITH UPS WHO DELIVERED THE PRODUCT. THEY LEFT IT AT THE WRONG HOME AND I HAD TO SEARCH FOR IT. MY WIFE IS VERY HAPPY WITH THE CARRIER. THANK YOU.
