Great personalized customer service. The account rep, Mark Bertelson, was always quick to respond to my questions and helped me look for task chair options. Delivery of my order for 15 task chairs was very quick, actually too quick. I was advised to order 2 weeks ahead to have my shipment arrive by my target move in date for my office space. My shipment arrived within 48 hours of placing the order! Nine of the chairs arrived at the shipping location, my office location. I had to scramble to work with the property manager to find a place to store the chairs since my office was still under construction. The other 5 chairs also arrived within 48 hours, but to my billing address instead of my shipping address. Other than the last minute scramble, I am very pleased with my experience.
