Order procedure is easy. Pricing is very competitive. Customer support, when used with one order was very polite, professional and courteous - refunded part of order (food item) damaged in transport without return or hassle. Since I have ordered the same items multiple times, I can say that packaging is not always consistent - Wilsonville, OR facility providing much better packaging than similar facility in Kansas City, MO. Overall, we Definitely use Zerbee again and again.
