My experience with Zerbee was very good. Even though the product I purchased as a gift was damaged and there wasn't another in stock to substitute, your customer service representative, ***, was very helpful. She was friendly and polite, and was thorough in providing the instructions for my return. After our telephone conversation, she learned that the manufacturer didn't want the item back, yet a refund was still provided to me. So though I am disappointed that my gift wasn't a full success, I am grateful for the manner I was treated and the ease of everything.
