Very unusual that my last order arrived with two items missing--2 Canon Photo Cyan Ink Cartridges. A telephone call put me in touch with Wendy, who reviewed my original order and concluded that indeed the shipment was only one-half fulfilled. She immediately dispatched the two missing items. My telephone call was answered promptly and handled professionally. It's a wonderful feeling to know that Zerbee values its customers so highly.
