Our company placed an order on 8-3-16 with *** in Customer Service. We found out the next day that the order was an emergency with our customer in which we had to re-purchase for shipment that day with a retailer. *** assisted us in the process of trying to do everything possible to appease our customer and certainly went above the assigned task with the utmost professionalism.
