I was looking for a new shredder, and found your website. I had pretty much settled on one model of Fellowes shredder, and there was some confusion about the listing of that model on your site. I emailed a question to the link and got a quick and helpful response from ***. Once she cleared that up, I ordered the shredder. Then there was a potential glitch with delivery. The business that usually takes my packages in was going to be closed for the week. (My fault for not checking beforehand.) Anyway, once again sent an email and got a prompt and helpful response from ***. We worked it out, the delivery was made, and I like the new shredder. Next time I need something, I will definitely check Zerbee's first. Sorry I can't suggest any improvements, I don't have any complaints......!!
