The price, product quality and delivery timeliness were excellent. But the lower rating comes from a lack of communication to the delivery truck driver. In email exchanges I requested 24 hour notice of delivery. I received a call from the delivery driver at the delivery site; I was 15 minutes away working at a job site. Luckily I could freely leave work for dealing with the items. The driver did not want to wait but was willing to drop the items by our front door. Thankfully the delivery site is a quiet, safe location.
