Product was DeLauro several days without any notice. I had to email to be advised of reason. Shipped in pieces. Final shipment was poorly packed in evelopes and over 50% damaged. I had to prepare summary of damages by ups # in order to get adjusted. Asked for management contact never received. Never order again and would never tecommend to anyone. Poor service and passed blame to shipper claiming no control only a retailer not a warehouse.\n
