Letter trays came right away and were very nice - top stitching on one is a little crooked, but not worth returning. Took about two months to get the desk mat as it was back ordered. It just arrived and is very nice. We received emails to keep us informed on the status and time of delivery on the desk mat, so it arrived just as we expected.
