The online ordering process was very user friendly. From signing up for the first time to being charged for the items. The delivery expectations was originally 3-5 days, but I received my order the next day. I'm not sure if this is typical, but I was very surprised when it showed up as soon as it did & it made my customer very happy because it allowed me to turn their job around much quicker then they had even expected. Thanks you guys are great!!
