i recently need a chair mat for one of our offices. I wanted to buy it from Zerbee, however, the shipping charge was like 60% of the cost of the mat so I had to shop elsewhere. That was after I added something else to the potential order to get it over $77.00 for the free shipping. You might consider working on the shipping cost of some of those items so you don't lose that business to a competitor.
