My items arrived in several packages (65 sharpies in 3 boxes) which was odd. One package would've been fine. As a result of multiple packages, I received way too many notifications/emails about my order with being shipped, having separate tracking numbers, etc. The items did arrive quickly and were in good condition. Paying for shipping is something I'd rather not do when competitors offer free shipping often.
