I thought the order process was very good. Once I placed the order, I received an email stating that there would be an additional charge for delivery and to have the pieces taken off the truck which I was surprised to hear. Thank goodness we had a loading dock and some guys here to unload it. Other than the additional charges for delivery, I was pleased with our purchase.
