Quite honestly, I don't see thus far, that there is a need for improvement. Ordering is easy, delivery is fast. I did have a keyboard that we had a problem with, unfortunately our cleaning crew decided to throw it away and we were not able to return it. I ordered another one and it is fine. The cleaning company will be reimbursing our company for the item. Thank you for all you do and for the savings!
