This was my first purchase with Zerbee and I was impressed with the overall purchase. I made a mistake on the "ship to" portion of the order and left it the same as the billing address. I had to get in touch with their customer service department and the young lady that answered was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. She made the corrections to my shipping info and I was able to verify it online. The merchandise arrived sooner than expected, it was packaged well, the contents were exact replicas of what I had seen online, coloring and all. This was an excellent experience.
