As with on line ordering of any product you cannot be 100% sure the product will meet your needs until you have it in your possession, Of course you have to assemble the chair before you can try it on this site you cannot return the product if it is assembled , and without penalty if it does not live up to your expectations: as it was in my case with this chair. \nProduct review, good for the price point, attractive, great lumbar support, well made and sturdy. The seat is not as cushy as I would have liked. The description of the product states that it tilts, however the spring tilt is too stiff the most it will tilt is an inch. If I was able to return it I would and get another that will tilt properly with a softer seat.
