The website was easy to navigate and locate the blood pressure pump bulb I needed, and was easy to place the order. The package arrived very quickly and intact. The only disappointment: having no "cheap delivery" option to choose from for this shipment. I didn't need the two- or three-day delivery that reflected my shipping cost which DOUBLED my total purchase price. What's wrong with a less-expensive postal ground option?\n\nThanks much, \n-***
