I ordered the reusable recycled metal filter and its been an absolute dream to use. The customer service is excellent too. I had responses about my queries within the day I asked. I had asked about how to recycle their razorblades, which they offered immediate solutions too until they had the opportunity to set up their own recycling service.
They also gave me thorough instructions on how to care for the product.
