You have good products at a good price, but I got nervous when I hadn't received a confirmation email of my order after a week or delivery within your 7 days advertised. I asked you to confirm when delivery would be made. I received an automated email informing me that my order was delayed by a further two weeks I looked at your trust pilot rating and that only made me more anxious that I had made a mistake to trust you, along with finding out that you had already been bankrupted. I asked to cancel the order, but again I did not receive a response so I had begun to take action through my bank. I have now received the order but the whole experience which caused me an anxious time does mean that I have concluded that I value great customer service over a cheap price.
