I have written 2 emails and made 3 phone calls in an attempt to understand where my order is. My credit card has been debited 5 days ago and I have yet or receive an acknowledgement to 2 messages left on your answer phone that is never manned. The service has been appalling . I await your response . I have even called your Zest shop in Nottingham, who I believe have also emailed you. Please can you respond
