My order was placed on Feb 11th, it's now the 22nd and still no word about delivery. I sent an email asking for status, but no reply. Tried calling customer service this morning, but not put on hold, just said no one available and asked me to leave my name and number. I'm cancelling my order.
REALLY poor service all round. I only decided to try Zest because it was very slightly cheaper to purchase Dermalogica products, but I will never use this company again... going back to the 100% quality service of the other Dermalogica provider I've always used.
