Well, I ordered some products June 16th. On the promise that it would be deliverd within 5-10 work days. As I didn't get any notification after a couple of days, I contacted the 'customer care'. I basically had to wait and see, apparently there are some delays. But what that delay would entail was not mentioned. After that I contacted Zest again, once more because I haven't received any communication nor my order. In the e-mail I received it was once again mentioned there is a delay, but again no details on the delay. Not even an estimate. As response to the question if the package can be tracked or when I can received it, to my surprise the employee responded that it is unable to track the package. But if I haven't received it after 4(!) weeks, I could contact Zest once again and then they would try and track the package.. Ergo: this could go on for months.. All in All, very very disappointed. In the way the order is handled (I keep getting e-mails that there are still products in my basket even though I have removed it 3 times after I ordered those exact items), the lack of communication concerning some delay of which no one can tell me how long the delay will be for and the lack in general 'customer service'. I tried Zest once as I usually order via Beautyflash. With this experience, it is needless to say that I will not use Zest in the future and shall remain loyal to Beautyflash.
