I was ecstatic when I found my Neostrata products on Zest, they were $15 cheaper and had free shipping so I was thrilled...until I realised that although my items were shown in Canadian currency upon checkout, they were actually charged to my credit card in GBP, hence the charge was more than I'd expected due to the current exchange rate. I hadn't realised that Zest was based out of the UK so in addition to the extra exchange rate charge, I was also then charged $139 for duties, taxes and customs! So, my nice saving of $15 per item was quickly replaced by the other charges I incurred. That said, my products arrived within a week via DHL and I was given 48 hours notice before my items were to arrive so overall I was very happy. Just a note to anybody who's not purchasing them in the UK to beware of the hidden charges!
